Decanter House is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. When you use the Services, your device communicates with Shopify's systems to transmit the Services. Section 10 explains how Shopify uses and processes information from these interactions. However, all sales and purchases made in our store are made directly with Decanter House. By using the Services, you understand and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sale between you and Decanter House, including any harm, damages, or losses resulting from the purchase of products and services. You and Decanter House agree to accept the venue and personal jurisdiction of such courts.
